Taxes and duties

Our web shop operates from Finland and the prices shown at our website are inclusive of Finnish VAT (24 %). If the order is made from another EU country the VAT will be calculated according to your home country’s tax rate. The orders from outside EU are exclusive of VAT and the necessary taxes and duties will be collected by DHL Express upon arrival or the package. Paying the additional fees of the non-EU orders is the customer's responsibility.

Online orders and shipping

Please verify all the details of your order and shipping information before submission. We currently accept online payments in a secure environments through Shopify Payments, Pay Pal and Paytrail. For any last-minute changes to orders or challenges with the payments, please contact our customer service to orders@klaush.com. When you have completed your order successfully, you will receive an automated order confirmation via e-mail confirming your order details.

All the prices are accurate at the time of publication. We update the KLAUS HAAPANIEMI & CO. website regularly to ensure that the stock quantities are up to date, however due to high demand and limited editions irregularities may occur. If your ordered item is sold out, we will contact you as soon as possible and make you a refund.

The shipping rates are calculated based on the estimate weight and size of the items and includes a handling fee for packaging. We process web shop orders on every working day and your order will be shipped 1-3 days after the order has been made. Domestic orders are sent via Posti and international orders via DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is 3-12 days to all orders.

PLEASE NOTE FOR WALLPAPERS AND FABRICS:

We have moderate stock availability for all the wallpapers and fabrics and we send out samples for free. If you need bigger quantities of fabric or wallpaper rolls, it is possible to make a custom order for you. Lead time for wallpapers is normally 6 weeks and for fabrics 8-12 weeks. For custom orders, lead time queries and sample swatches please contact orders@klaush.com.

Returns and exchanges

For us at Klaus Haapaniemi & Co it is highly important that you are happy with your purchase. In case you wish to make a return, please contact orders@klaush.com so we know to expect your package. We offer free returns for 14 days upon the arrival of the package. The item costs will be refunded when the package has returned to us and we have confirmed that the item is in saleable condition. Please use the original packaging whenever possible.

Returns in Finland

Domestic returns are handled by Posti and the customer return code is 655780 (MK House Group Oy). Just write the number on the package and leave it to the nearest Posti customer service point for delivery. Please save the receipt until the package has returned to us.

The returns can also be dropped to our Helsinki Shop at Kämp Galleria, 2nd floor with your name and order number.

International returns

Our partner with international deliveries is DHL Express and we will email you a ready to use return label as a pdf file after you have contacted us about the return. Just print the label, attach it on the package and order a DHL Express courier when it best suits you. Please note that for international orders all refunds of taxes and duties are the customers responsibility.

Exchanges and complaints

Subject to stock availability, you may change your purchased item simply returning the item that you don’t wish to keep and making a new order for the replacing item. If the item you received was in any way faulty, we will exchange it for you free of charge.
